Happy Victorian

This 1896 Chicago home was revived with bold pattern, playful color, and a sense of whimsy layered over its historic bones.

The renovation introduced brighter, more connected spaces, including a new study addition, refreshed kitchen, and expanded mudroom for family living.

From tiger-print upholstery and jewel-box dressing rooms to richly textured wallcoverings and saturated hues, the design brings joy and energy into every corner while honoring the home’s history as a beloved family residence. This home was featured in Luxe Magazine.

“Summer can mix things, and they just work. Sometimes I don’t think she’s consciously doing it. It’s just part of her natural process.”
